Terms of Service – Sany Lumière

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the Sany Lumière webshop (sanylumiere.com). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Sany Lumière is registered in the Netherlands and operates in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law.

2. Products Sany Lumière offers beauty products including skincare, cosmetics, and personal care items, both for retail and wholesale customers. We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or product batches.

3. Orders and Pricing All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Sany Lumière reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Orders are binding once confirmed via email. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Payment We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before your order is processed and shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery Orders are shipped to addresses within the Netherlands and the EU. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Sany Lumière is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, provided the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal care products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, contact us at info@sanylumiere.com within the 14-day period.

7. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

8. Wholesale Orders Wholesale customers are subject to minimum order quantities and specific pricing as communicated separately. Wholesale orders follow the same payment and shipping terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Liability Sany Lumière is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities — please review product ingredients carefully before use.

10. Privacy We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will never be sold to third parties.

11. Complaints If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@sanylumiere.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Dutch Consumer Authority (ACM Consuwijzer) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

12. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

13. Amendments Sany Lumière reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
