Shipping Policy – Sany Lumière

1. General Sany Lumière ships worldwide. We are committed to delivering your beauty products as quickly and reliably as possible. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

2. Order Processing Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on a weekday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 or on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 1–2 business days.

3. Shipping Carriers We ship via PostNL and DHL. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location and the nature of your order.

4. Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: Next business day delivery for orders processed the same day.
  • EU and rest of world: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the carrier. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays outside of our control.

5. Shipping Costs Shipping is free from a minimum order amount as specified on our website at checkout. This free shipping threshold may not apply to certain countries — where exceptions exist, this will be clearly communicated during checkout.

For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

6. International Shipments & Customs For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sany Lumière has no control over customs processes and cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs.

7. Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@sanylumiere.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
